Vendors Wanted:

There will be a $25 charge for all vendors. Cash due upon arrival.

Vendor meal tickets available at $5 per meal, must be reserved by 1/30/12. Cash due upon arrival. Ice will be available on site for purchase.

The Seminole Tribe of Florida and Billie Swamp Safari reserve the right to approve items to be sold. Please email or mail a photo of your camp and/or vendor space to shootout@semtribe.com for approval. We will notify you within 30 days of receipt of application if approved for participation in event.

No alcohol or drugs are permitted on the Big Cypress Reservation. Any unwelcome disruption of event may result in removal without refund.

Site will be assigned to registered party by event staff at check in. Vehicles will only be allowed in event grounds for setup and tear down, no vehicles allowed in after event opens..
